Presley ( now 23 months) learned how to crawl in and out of a crib over the summer so we had to get her a toddler bed ASAP. This took a few nights of super nanny-ing it over and over & OVER. But after a week she is sleeping through the night, not getting up wandering around the house @ 3am and loving her nap time.
Layla (now 3 months) has become a chubby baby who literally rolls over every time I put her on her belly. She is so sweet and calm all of the time.

I'm so glad you guys made it back safe. Layla you are adorable! I would love to hold them both and give them lots of kisses. Yeah presley for sleeping in a big girl bed!
yes me too, im glad you guys are all back safe. that worries me when you travel. these are my beautiful babies...they look so good in their clothes..ok..lets see what are they going to be when they grow up..hmmm lets start planning now..things move fast..one day at home the next gone..so lets get a record contract out now..haha...crack that whip...haha ..say grandma what are U talkin about..hahah..shoot,,, since we are cajuns maybe we are related to elvis..maybe they can sing..we need to find out early..get that record contract goin'...haha..I miss you guys and will be glad to see you at christmas time..its too bad we dont live closer..we could have fun ..crazy grandma...got to have some fun..so they can face the real world..Im looking forward to when they can talk and understand..that is when the real fun begins.yes sireeee....oh and it gets a little easier for you esp with presley...unless she is one of those rebellious teens..if that is the case..then just send her to me..hope i live that long..however, I was a little imp...and then turned out to be the good one..then my sister who wont be mentioned here by name..was so good as a baby...and then before puberty..bang..not so good..gave my parents a heart attack..so a heart attack waiting to happen..which shall it be..hahaha..tell grandma to stop..she wont let any of her babies get that way..they have a good mom and dad..love you guys and ben..always remember to pray before tests..God has blessed you thus far..and He will take you the rest of the way...Im proud of you ben and marcie..love you guys..

Ooh! big girl bed! I remember those days! I had to laugh @ the walking around @ 3 a.m.! Pres is getting SO big! So is Layla! LOL but so cute!!

presley's bed is prefect... i love the photo of her jumping with her animals on it. she has the cutest little personality.
i think that is so funny presley wandered the house in the middle of the night. that girl is so funny! and layla is seriously such a sweet baby! so glad you guys are back.
You know its always good to get home no matter where it is. Its the familiar and your own space that is so important. Kids reflect that as well. they can sense the comfort you feel at coming home and they feel it to. moving around is tuff. we know, don't we?? well, settle in and enjoy being home..love you--watch out for those huricanes..you can see there coming along the coastal places here..glad we dont live in the houston area any more..even though I miss all the choices there..
I think that's the same bed we got for Marlee. It's so hard switching to a bed at first! GOOD JOB on being strong and like super nanny, it's hard but pays off when you get them to stay in bed. I love layla's arms, those adorable rolls are just too cute!!
